The STIHL HLA 86 professional cordless hedge trimmer from the STIHL AP system is ideal for the efficient maintenance of tall hedges, shrubs and ground cover. The robust EC motor with infinitely variable speed delivers consistently high performance. The cutter bar can be adjusted by 115° for top, bottom or side cuts without tools. The cutter blade, ground on both sides, allows for an attractive, clean cut. The tool-free adjustable square telescopic shaft impresses with its high level of guide rigidity. The 260 - 330 cm long hedge trimmer has a very long reach and can be folded up to 180 cm for easier transport.

The brushless EC motor keeps maintenance to a minimum while increasing the tool’s running time.

  Telescopic shaft with rotatable clamping sleeve

  With a practical square telescopic shaft, which can be extended from 2.6m to 3.3m, even high or wide hedges are no problem. The shaft length can be adjusted without tools using the rotatable clamping sleeve.
